Hello Friends and Entrepreneurs

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us, what we do, and how we can change your life and the lives of others.   As a real estate professional in Maryland and Washington, D.C. I have seen just about everything.  I have had a good time with lots of money and a bad time with a little money.  But through it all, I knew that there had to be A BETTER WAY!

I knew that I was not put on this earth to struggle with paying bills or spending more time at work than at home with my family.  Missing out on my daughter's school activities becaus I had a client that wanted to see a house "RIGHT NOW."  I'm not dellusional, the hard work did produce wonderful payouts when they did come, but looking back at what I lost chasing a dollar made me wonder, was it really all worth it?  As an entrepreneur, I knew that working for myself was really the only way I was going to make a good living and have the time at home with my family.

Being a real estate agent is a great way to make some good money and a good living, but let’s look at what it takes when you start out.

BRANDING

Branding means putting yourself out in the market and let everyone know that you are the NEWEST and BEST AGENT in town.  To do that you could advertise in the local papers, blanket the area in flyers, go door to door hanging knockers, mass mailings, hold home buying seminars, cold call, and even pay yearly association dues.  The list and the budget can be endless...   The upside, your name and face are everywhere.  The downside... as an agent, you are unemployed between each closing.  Thankfully, I found a better way.
